Small Remodeling Project Services

Remodeling projects that require design and project management of multiple trades. For example combining smaller spaces to form a large one: Master closets, walk in pantry, home office or recording studio. We also handle fireplace makeovers with the addition of built-ins, opening a wall to add windows and doors , wet bars for basements, structural wall modifications/repairs, extensive carpentry work that also requires electrical and plumbing modifications.

Please note that the projects that are the best fit for our team are not handyman type work or insurance water damage restoration. Our minimum project size is around $20,000. This minimum does not include kitchen, bathroom or basement remodeling which have a higher starting budget.
