Fairfax Floor Collapse

Floor joists were separating causing the floor to sag. It was like walking on Jello. After our engineer designed a structurally sound repair, we opened the ceiling, jacked up the floor and repairs the joists. After completion, the only indication we were on site was the new paint color on the walls.
