Herndon Adding a New Bedroom/Bathroom

Converting a first floor family room, sitting on a concrete slab, into a bedroom and bathroom. Sounds simple - just put up a few walls, add doors, install plumbing and its all done. Well let me tell you that there is a whole lot more that goes into this type of a project than most people realize. There are 8 different trades, 4 permits, jack hammering the concrete slab and a lot of project management. Existing egress door was used for the alternate bedroom exit. Pocket door entry into bathroom.
