25 year old basement that needed to be updated to a new contemporary look that suited the current owner. Opened the wet bar area by removing soffits, new bathroom with a walk in shower, vinyl plank flooring that looks like hardwood, updated lighting, TV area with a custom cabinet to hide the equipment.
