Bathroom Remodel / Facelift
in Falls Church, VA

This project featured an older home in Falls Church. The homeowner hired The HandyMensch to help get the home ready for sale. Our projects included the typical swapping out of lights, repairs to walls, and tile work. The most challenging project was the hall bathroom which was original to this 50 year old home. The homeowner was debating whether the expense of a full remodel would increase the sale price of the home. We felt that a facelift would be a more cost effective solution.

The HandyMensch recommended the following:

  1. Re-glaze the existing wall tiles and tub
  2. Replace the toilet
  3. Thoroughly clean and paint the window
  4. Replace the faucet, light, and medicine cabinet
